Customer Service Coordinator - 2nd Shift
About the role
As a Second-Shift Customer Service Coordinator for TQL, you’ll be the critical link between our sales teams and transportation partners. In this fast-paced, entry-level role, you’ll ensure shipments stay on track by handling inbound and outbound calls and emails, tracking shipments, and resolving issues as they arise. Your work keeps freight moving and relationships strong.
Responsibilities
- Ensure shipments are on schedule by managing a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls and emails.
- Resolve shipping issues with a high sense of urgency and professionalism.
- Document and manage all tasks in our internal systems.
- Provide updates and communicate directly with the internal sales and support teams.

Compensation starting at $16.50 per hour + $2.50 shift differential
