Responsibilities

  • Direct customer phone, e-mail, and LiveChat support
  • Order entry
  • Other general duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Positive attitude
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Convey trust and confidence on the phone
  • Good listener to better understand customer's needs
  • Top-notch general PC/Windows skills (including Word and advanced Excel)
  • Internet skills
  • Typing of at least 60 wpm
  • Previous experience with medical billing, inside sales, and college education is desired but not required
  • Previous experience with databases (Access, SQL) and bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
  • Ability to work days/hours listed above
