Responsibilities
- Direct customer phone, e-mail, and LiveChat support
- Order entry
- Other general duties as assigned
Requirements
- Positive attitude
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Detail oriented
- Convey trust and confidence on the phone
- Good listener to better understand customer's needs
- Top-notch general PC/Windows skills (including Word and advanced Excel)
- Internet skills
- Typing of at least 60 wpm
- Previous experience with medical billing, inside sales, and college education is desired but not required
- Previous experience with databases (Access, SQL) and bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
- Ability to work days/hours listed above
