Customer Service Representative

About the Role

Customer Service Representative based in Lancaster, California, serving as a liaison for customers, providers, and clients. Position is subject to a collective bargaining agreement.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirect to a supervisor.
• Maintain comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures.
• Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
• Document trip authorizations and details, including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times, and addresses.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Computer literate.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a standard telephone system.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable; DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 prohibits use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
• Extended periods of sitting, typing, and looking at a computer screen.
• Work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings.

Pay

Starting at $18.04 per hour with progression to $21.00 per hour over four years, as defined by the union collective bargaining agreement.
