Customer Service Rep / Order Mgmt. (Manufacturing exp. req.)

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, quotes, order entry, and order follow-up
  • Track open orders, due dates, samples, shipments, and customer requests
  • Cook up coordination order status with production, planning, and warehouse teams
  • Follow up with existing customers on POs, lead times, and next steps
  • Maintain customer updates through email, calls, and open order reports
  • Support key accounts with issue resolution and timeline updates
  • Use Excel to search pricing, sort data, and track open orders

Qualifications

  • Sales or customer service experience in a B2B environment required
  • Manufacturing or supply chain experience required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required
