Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, quotes, order entry, and order follow-up
- Track open orders, due dates, samples, shipments, and customer requests
- Cook up coordination order status with production, planning, and warehouse teams
- Follow up with existing customers on POs, lead times, and next steps
- Maintain customer updates through email, calls, and open order reports
- Support key accounts with issue resolution and timeline updates
- Use Excel to search pricing, sort data, and track open orders
Qualifications
- Sales or customer service experience in a B2B environment required
- Manufacturing or supply chain experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required
