Responsibilities
- Lead customer operations, order management, and post-sales support functions
- Manage and develop staff (2) to ensure high service levels and operational efficiency
- Oversee order fulfillment processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer, order, and billing issues
- Support accounts receivable activities and follow up on outstanding balances as needed
- Parenth with procurement on inventory planning, supplier coordination, and forecasting
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to support business objectives
- Track operational KPIs and implement improvements to enhance performance and service
- Leverage ERP and reporting tools to improve visibility, accuracy, and decision making
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of customer, order, and inventory data within ERP systems
- Prepare operational reports and provide insights to support business decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B customer service and sales support experience required
- Strong background in order management required
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, reporting, and data analysis required
- Prior leadership experience or a demonstrated desire to transition into a management role
- Experience working with ERP systems required
