Manufacturing Customer Service Account Rep

Vita Needle Company is seeking a Customer Service Manufacturing Account Representative. The company is known for its strategic approach, dedicated team, and long-standing stability, having been in operation since 1932.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the ERP system and generate job travelers.
• Generate purchase orders for subcontracted operations as needed.
• Provide customer service via email and phone, handling tasks such as price quotations, order updates, changes to orders, and complaint resolution.
• Revise orders/job travelers as necessary.
• Prepare quotations and order confirmations for customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and competitiveness of price quotes.
• Complete customer-specific documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a clean background.
• Able to pass a drug test.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to adapt and make well-thought-out decisions in ambiguous situations.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
