Responsibilities
- Organize and file keys and documents according to internal and Lot number systems.
- Upload documents to the web during sales.
- Communicate with various departments and customers regarding necessary documents like LOLC's and Purge Documents.
- Process payments from successful bidders.
- Provide customers with information about auxiliary services.
- Ensure superior customer service is delivered to all customers.
- Support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety by maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring personal and team safety.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous work experience involving in-person interactions with customers.
- Experience using computers and learning new technology and software.
- Excellent keyboarding skills for data entry.
- A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well in high-pressure situations.
- A friendly, outgoing, and patient personality.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to various tasks as needed.
