Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients to assess their insurance needs.
- Present and explain insurance products and policies to clients.
- Provide ongoing customer service and build lasting relationships.
- Provide accurate information to clients regarding coverage, pricing, and terms.
- Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, and cancellations.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and accurate information.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service insurance experience.
