Customer Service Dispatcher-Refrigeration

About the role

A Customer Service Dispatcher is needed to support our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and Direct Store Delivery (DSD).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and service technicians daily
• Evaluate and document service calls for freezers
• Maintain a digital archive of closed calls
• Dispatch service technicians, GPE or subcontractors, to repair and maintain equipment
• Cook up repairs on all complaints pertaining to the freezers
• Gain an understanding of the refrigeration equipment and its complete operation
• Assist technicians in resolving problems
• Perform clerical and administrative duties as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Self-starter and motivated
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• 1-2 years of experience in Direct Store Delivery industry preferred
• Experience in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
