Pay

$18.00 - 26.00 hourly, depending on experience

Schedule

Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime may be needed to support seasonal demands

About the Role

Complete Comfort LLC is a family-owned and operated business specializing in heating, cooling, and backup power systems. We install, service, repair, and maintain various types and brands of HVAC systems and generators. We understand how essential these systems are for homes and businesses, which is why we hire and train only the best people to deliver impeccable service.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently based on priority, skill set, and location while managing daily workflow and service coverage
• Handle inbound customer calls, service requests, and emergency dispatch needs
• Cookordinate between service, install, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communications and fast response times
• Support service management with reporting, schedule adjustments, and ongoing workflow improvements focused on efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or coordination in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services is preferred
• Experience using ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar service management software is preferred, but we will train the right person
• Strong communication skills with both technicians and customers
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adjust schedules quickly as priorities change
• Customer service experience in a home services or trades environment is a plus
