HVAC Service Dispatcher

About the role

Parker & Sons is currently seeking an HVAC Dispatcher to join our team of creative and energetic employees dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. Dispatchers are responsible for scheduling and dispatching home services repair, installation, and maintenance technicians to specified customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor daily technician schedule
• Dispatch work orders to field technicians according to priority and location
• Receive and record completed work orders from the field technicians
• Contact customers to confirm next-day appointments
• Communicate with field personnel via Outlook
• Handle paperwork for assigned departments and technicians
• Maintain accurate technician database
• Clock in and out for assigned shifts
• Coordinate parts scheduling
• Clock in and out for assigned shifts
• Clock in and out for assigned shifts
• Clock in and out for assigned shifts
• Clock in and out for assigned shifts
• Coordinate warranty installations with other divisions
• Answer general questions regarding rebates, system operations, warranties, etc. from customers

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of dispatching experience in HVAC, electric, plumbing, or a related trade industry
• Candidates with no trade dispatch experience will not be considered

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience, in HVAC, Plumbing, or a related industry
• Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends

• $22-$24/hr.

• Friday - Monday, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
