Allied Elevator is a growing, local company providing expert commercial elevator service and modernization for our clients. We are looking to hire a Dispatcher / Scheduler who can coordinate services for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Intake of daily service calls and communication to clients
• Scheduling field technicians
• Monitoring the daily service call board
• Scheduling elevator testing with inspectors
• Additional administrative duties as needed

Requirements

• At least 1 year in a similar role with comparable goals and responsibilities
• Ability to navigate computer programs and utilize technology
• Must be able to work in our office during regular business hours
• Experience in the elevator industry is a plus
