Customer Service / Dispatcher (First Shift 8am-5pm)
About the role
As part of our Dispatch Customer Service team, you are the lifeline between our customers and our road technicians. Your primary responsibilities include taking all inbound calls from customers, inputting them into the dispatch software, monitoring the progress of each job, communicating with customers via check calls and email, processing payments and PO’s, and managing repairs to ensure superior customer service.
Responsibilities
- Take all inbound calls from customers
- Input them into the dispatch software
- Maintain communication with the customer throughout the job process
- Process payments and PO’s
- Manage ongoing repairs to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Availability for second shift and weekends
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift from 8am-5pm, including one weekend shift
- Strong multitasking skills
- Hall of Fame work ethic and effective communication skills
- Basic computer skills to operate the required programs
Qualifications
This position requires a reliable commute to Horsham, PA 19044. Applicants must own a vehicle and be willing to drive to work. The role offers solid 40+ hours per week, advancement opportunities, and a comfortable work environment.
