Dispatcher- 1st Shift

Purpose & Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the Andon system software and radio communication throughout the facility.
• Escalate the Help Chain when necessary, up to the Plant Manager level.
• Investigate historical data and relay findings to the Help Chain Members.
• Post daily and weekly production status updates.
• Data mine the database for past occurrences and share this information with support groups to prevent downtime.
• Track and notify support groups about upcoming reports related to A3’s and 5C’s.
• Ensure all visual management tools are managed according to standard procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including building spreadsheets, pivot tables, and graphs.
• Familiarity with problem-solving methods.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm, Friday-Overtime day.

Pay Range: $21.00-$22.75
