About the role
The Customer Advocate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and resolving any issues promptly.
Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
- Provide accurate and timely responses to client requests
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Document all interactions and escalate complex issues as necessary
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
