About the role
The Customer Advocate role is designed for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to help customers resolve their issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Document interactions and escalate issues as necessary
- Stay updated on company policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or related field
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Knowledge of industry-specific terminology helpful
