About the role
The Customer Advocate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders. They will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Document all interactions and escalate issues as necessary
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in using customer relationship management tools
- Experience in a customer service role preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service experience
