Responsibilities
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
- Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and recommend solutions
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Knowledge of industry best practices in customer service
