About the role
The Customer Advocate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various channels including phone, email, and live chat. The role involves resolving customer issues efficiently and escalating complex cases to appropriate teams.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
- Evaluate and escalate complex cases to relevant departments
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless customer experiences
- Stay updated on product features and company policies to assist customers effectively
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using customer support software and tools
- Experience in a customer service role is preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Fluency in English
