Custodial Services Supervisor
Position Information
The Custodial Services Supervisor is responsible for the coordination and supervision of custodial services for an assigned area, including selecting, scheduling, training, and evaluating employees, and providing technical support in areas related to custodial services. Additionally, this position coordinates work processes with upper management to ensure the effective and complete supervision of custodial staff across the Edmonds School District.

- 8.0 hours a day
- 260 day calendar
- position works swing shift hours 12:00pm-8:30pm
Continuing Position
Employees have reasonable assurance of continued employment to the following school year. However, an employee's total work hours, work locations, and the designated beginning and ending times may vary.

Hourly Rate
$58.38 per hour (2025-2026 Professional - Technical Employee Salary Schedule)
[Effective Sept. 1, 2026: $60.66 per hour]

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Associate's degree, technical degree, or recognized equivalent in a related field
- Three to four (3-4) years of progressive work experience as a team lead, supervisor, and/or evaluator
Licenses And Special Requirements
- Valid Washington State driver's license and a good driving record
- Training certification in Incident Command System (ICS) (or willingness and ability to obtain)
- Training certification in Applied Technology Council #20 techniques (or willingness and ability to obtain)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual/Multilingual preferred (ability to speak and write fluently in both English and another language)
- Work experience with custodial services in a public school and/or education system
