About the role
The Culinary Lead at Sur La Table is responsible for leading the culinary team in providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Lead and train the culinary team to ensure high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
- Manage inventory and stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a food service or retail environment.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong understanding of food safety and quality assurance practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Food Handlers Card.
