About the role

The Culinary Lead at Sur La Table is responsible for leading the culinary team in providing exceptional customer service and executing high-quality food preparation demonstrations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the culinary team in delivering engaging and informative food demonstrations to customers.
  • Prepare and present a variety of dishes that showcase Sur La Table’s products.
  • Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve offerings.
  • Support store operations by assisting with other tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a food service or demonstration setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid Food Handler Certification.

Qualifications

  • Experience with a variety of cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Knowledge of Sur La Table’s products and brand values.
  • Passion for food and customer service.

Skills
