About the role
The Culinary Lead at Sur La Table is responsible for leading the culinary team in providing exceptional customer service and cooking demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the culinary team to ensure high standards of customer service and food quality.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a retail or hospitality setting.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
