About the role
Cooley LLP has an opportunity available in the San Francisco office of its preeminent, internationally recognized corporate practice. Associates with one to two years of general corporate experience involving public and private companies are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates will have experience representing high-growth businesses in connection with financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.
Requirements
- One to two years of general corporate experience involving public and private companies
- Experience representing high-growth businesses in financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters
- Worked in the corporate department of a national or international law firm
- High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
Pay
The expected annual pay range for this position is $225,000 - $235,000. Final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
