The Role
You will work on a wide range of high-value financing matters, representing administrative agents, lenders, and borrowers in:
- Club and broadly syndicated credit facilities
- Acquisition financings
- Private credit transactions

Ideal Candidate Profile
- JD from an accredited law school
- Prior experience practicing at a law firm
- 2–4 years of corporate finance experience
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Organized, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
- Admission to at least one U.S. state bar (Texas admission is a plus)
