The Role

You will work on a wide range of high-value financing matters, representing administrative agents, lenders, and borrowers in:

  • Club and broadly syndicated credit facilities
  • Acquisition financings
  • Private credit transactions

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Prior experience practicing at a law firm
  • 2–4 years of corporate finance experience
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • Organized, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
  • Admission to at least one U.S. state bar (Texas admission is a plus)
