Corporate Associate – Crypto / Blockchain

Key Responsibilities

• Advising crypto and web3 companies on a wide range of transactions, including:
• Venture capital financings involving crypto token rights or token warrants
• Crypto token, digital asset, and NFT issuances
• Primary and secondary sales of crypto tokens and digital assets
• Creation of offshore structures for token and digital asset issuances
• General corporate, compensation, and employment matters for emerging companies
• Collaborating with founders, investors, and legal teams on complex and fast-evolving regulatory issues
• Providing strategic advice on the legal implications of blockchain technology and tokenized assets

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of transactional experience, ideally in crypto, blockchain, or fintech sectors
• Understanding of blockchain technology, token mechanics, and digital asset markets
• Familiarity with securities law and regulatory frameworks for crypto tokens (preferred)
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $260,000 – $390,000 (based on experience)
• Performance-based bonuses may be awarded
