A leading national law firm seeks a Corporate Associate with 3-8 years of experience to join its corporate practice. The position is available in multiple U.S. offices, providing opportunities for career advancement while handling sophisticated transactions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of mergers and acquisitions
• Develop and draft complex transaction documents
• Negotiate key terms and conditions in deals
• Analyze and advise on corporate governance issues
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues on high-profile projects
• Manage multiple concurrent matters
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements

• At least 3-8 years of corporate law experience at a law firm
• Proven experience with mergers and acquisitions
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Qualifications

• Experience advising public companies
• Exposure to securities law and corporate governance matters
• Capital markets transaction experience
• Experience working directly with executives, boards, or in-house legal teams
