Corporate Associate

About the role

Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP (TKD) seeks an associate to join our Corporate & Securities Practice Group. We are looking for a dedicated, intelligent, versatile, detail-oriented, and resourceful person with 3-12 years of experience (5+ years preferred) in capital-raising transactions in private markets, securities regulation, mergers & acquisitions, lending transactions, commercial transaction documentation, corporate governance, and providing general counsel support.

Responsibilities

• Participates in representing clients involved in strategic transactions, including business combinations, restructurings, and reorganizations.
• Represents clients in equity and debt financings, particularly in the growth stages of the client’s business.
• Advises clients in connection to inquiries from regulatory agencies, customers, and the business community.
• Performs various client services and support duties as assigned by supervising Partner.

Pay

The good faith base annual salary range for this position is a minimum of $130,000 to a maximum of $215,000. The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, years of relevant experience, applicable bar admissions, office location, and the candidate's overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm.

Schedule

The firm maintains a hybrid schedule structured as Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in-office with the option to be remote Mondays and Fridays.
