About the role

Am200 Law Firm seeks to add a Mid-Level Corporate Associate to their growing team! The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with M&A transactions. Having a background with securities law, tech, and fund formation is a huge PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Billable hours: they do not have requirements, they have goals and they are individualized by practice group!
• Flexible Billing rates

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in New York
• 3-5 years of M&A Transactional experience
• Experience with private equity and other equity investments (JV, Corporate Governance, Licensing, Partnership issues)
• Experience/knowledge of securities law, tech, and/fund formation are a PLUS!

$250,000 - $300,000 per year
