Key Responsibilities
- Handle due diligence, legal research, and drafting/negotiating transaction documents
- Advise on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance, and corporate governance matters
- Engage directly with clients and manage substantial components of corporate transactions
Ideal Candidate
- 3-5 years of demonstrated corporate and transactional experience
- Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- NJ or CT bar admission in good standing
