Key Responsibilities

• Advises clients on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Private Equity, and General Corporate matters.
• Handles corporate restructurings, financings, and strategic transactions.
• Works directly with clients and senior attorneys to provide business-focused legal solutions.
• Manages transaction processes, drafts agreements, and conducts due diligence.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-6 years of experience in M&A, Private Equity, or General Corporate law.
• Education: J.D. from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentials.
• Skills: Excellent communication, drafting, and analytical skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Work Ethic: Proactive, team-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
