A leading firm is seeking an associate with 2 to 4 years of experience to join its dynamic Technology Companies Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology businesses and investors, advising on venture capital financings, token issuances, corporate structuring, and other blockchain-related matters.

Requirements

- 2 to 4 years of experience in Emerging Companies, Venture Capital, and/or Blockchain/Crypto. - Strong experience advising blockchain companies, including on venture capital financings, token issuances, corporate structuring, and DAO formation. - Familiarity with the evolving regulatory landscape for blockchain and cryptocurrency industries. - Excellent academic credentials. - Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. - Membership to the State Bar in the jurisdiction where you will be located.

Key Responsibilities

- Advise emerging blockchain companies on venture capital financings, token offerings, corporate structuring, and DAO formation. - Stay on top of regulatory developments in the blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors. - Collaborate with clients and colleagues on complex and evolving legal issues. - Engage with a wide range of technology companies, including startups, investors, and corporate clients.

Pay

Salary Range: $235,000 to $310,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
