Position Overview
Rider University invites applications for a Coordinator of Enrollment Operations. Reporting to the Associate Director, this position supports the effective administration of enrollment-related processes through data management, system support, testing, reporting, and operational coordination.
Required Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- Bachelor's degree required, or 4-8 years of relevant professional experience supporting administrative, enrollment, student services, or academic operations within a higher education environment
- Strong understanding of data management and records maintenance
- Ability to interpret and apply institutional policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse constituencies
- Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks required
Preferred Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- Knowledge of admissions, financial aid, registrar, or student accounts operations and related software tools
