About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage office operations including scheduling, filing, and maintaining records.

- Coordinate with construction management teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, travel arrangements, and vendor communications.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of construction management practices and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with project management software is a plus.

Pay

Schedule
