About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations including scheduling, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Cover letter highlighting relevant work experience and providing examples of how it relates to the position.
  • Coordinate with construction management teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, travel arrangements, and vendor communications.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of construction management practices and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with project management software is a plus.
