Essential Duties

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive construction project management experience
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale, complex capital projects
  • Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams
  • Advanced knowledge of construction methods, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field required.

Working Conditions

  • Combination of office and active construction sites
  • Frequent travel required across project locations, primarily in the western United States
  • May require extended work hours to meet project deadlines
  • Physical requirements include lifting (up to 50 lbs), walking uneven terrain, climbing, and prolonged standing

Pay

The estimated salary for this position can range from $60,106 - $100,990 depending on relevant education, experience, and location.
