Essential Duties

Qualifications and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive construction project management experience
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale, complex capital projects
- Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams
- Advanced knowledge of construction methods, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field required.
Working Conditions
- Combination of office and active construction sites
- Frequent travel required across project locations, primarily in the western United States
- May require extended work hours to meet project deadlines
- Physical requirements include lifting (up to 50 lbs), walking uneven terrain, climbing, and prolonged standing
Pay
The estimated salary for this position can range from $60,106 - $100,990 depending on relevant education, experience, and location.
