Ledgewood Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center is seeking a Cook to join our kitchen team. Together, we are focused on providing an exceptional experience for our residents and patients.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of meals in accordance with planned menus and recipes.
• Preparation of meals that are tasty and appetizing in appearance.
• Serve food in accordance with established portion control and safety standards.
• Maintain high levels of sanitation during and at the completion of all food production assignments.
• Supervise kitchen staff as directed by the Food Service Director.

Requirements

• Cook experience
• Experience in using cutting tools, cookware, and bake ware.
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods.
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.
• ServSafe Certification
