Job Summary

Ledgewood Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center is seeking a Prep Cook to join their kitchen team. The position is Monday through Friday, 5am-1:30pm weekly pay.

Requirements

• Proven experience as cook
• Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bake ware
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures

Job Duties

• Preparation of meals in accordance with planned menus and recipes
• Preparation of meals that are tasty and appetizing in appearance
• Serve food in accordance with established portion control and safety standards
• Maintain high levels of sanitation during and at the completion of all food production assignments
• Supervise kitchen staff as directed by the Food Service Director
