As a Skilled Nursing Facility Cook at Highland Care Center, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our residents. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, using fresh and seasonal ingredients
  • Follow standardized recipes and menu plans to ensure high-quality food production
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation and safety standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and staff, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and satisfying
  • Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and execute special events, theme meals, and holiday celebrations
  • Maintain accurate records of food inventory, production, and meal counts
