About the role

Prepare high-quality meals that nourish, comfort, and bring joy—supporting the well-being of the residents who call our community home. Play an essential role in creating a restaurant-style dining experience by executing meals across multiple stations while maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and food safety. Work closely with the Director of Culinary and Sous Chef to execute ticketed orders, keep your station clean and well stocked, and contribute to a positive dining experience that enhances daily life for residents.

Responsibilities

• Organized, consistent, and timely execution of meals
• Follow recipes and use ingredients in the correct proportions
• Garnish food following specific plating desired by the chef
• Maintain knowledge of food safety, safe food processing, and preserving raw food
• Keep your station clean and well stocked

Requirements

• Competent cooking skills and ability to follow recipes
• Interest in learning and ability to quickly grasp new knowledge
• Patience and a love for cooking
• 18 years of age or older

Pay

Starting at $16/hr and up, based on professional experience.

Schedule

AM/PM shifts, must have weekend availability.
