About the role

Full-time Cook responsible for preparing high-quality food in accordance with standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals using standardized recipes, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the kitchen
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment
• Assist with production planning, ordering, and record-keeping
• Report maintenance issues
• Follow food safety protocols including HACCP standards and proper handling procedures
• Maintain good working relationships with team members and customers
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior culinary experience preferred
• Ability to follow recipes, ensure food safety, and operate kitchen equipment
• Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and commitment to safety are essential
