Consulting & Transformation Director

About the role

The role is a Technical Director in ServiceNow Consulting & Transformation, responsible for leading client implementations across multiple workstreams, including planning, requirements design, development, testing, and post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic architectural guidance aligned with client goals and industry standards.
• Mentor team members and clients on ServiceNow operations and upgrades.
• Utilize deep technical expertise to stay current with platform enhancements.
• Engage with decision-makers to develop project roadmaps.
• Manage business development activities such as proposals and pursuit efforts.
• Oversee solution areas within ServiceNow to meet evolving market and client needs.
• Manage engagements within financial policies.
• Foster a collaborative team environment.
• Build strong client relationships and internal networks.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

• Minimum of eight years’ recent ServiceNow technology consulting experience.
• Successful leadership of five or more ServiceNow projects.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Preferred certifications such as CSA or CTA.
