Consulting & Transformation Director

About the role

This role involves leading ServiceNow client implementations, managing multiple workstreams from planning to post‑engagement support.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic architectural vision aligned with client goals and industry standards.
• Mentor team members and clients on ServiceNow operations, upgrades, and development.
• Utilize deep technical expertise to stay current with platform enhancements and guide project roadmaps.
• Drive business development activities, including proposal development and client engagement.
• Oversee solution areas within ServiceNow to meet evolving client needs.
• Manage engagements in accordance with financial policies and foster team collaboration.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and internal networks to leverage firm‑wide capabilities.

Qualifications

• At least eight years of recent ServiceNow technology consulting experience, with leadership in systems integration projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; ServiceNow CSA or CTA certifications preferred.
• Successful leadership of five or more ServiceNow projects ensuring strategic alignment and quality delivery.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, capable of presenting technical information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to travel as needed and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
