Role Overview

This position involves leading ServiceNow client implementations, providing strategic architectural guidance, and managing multiple workstreams from planning to post-implementation support. The role includes mentoring teams, staying current with platform enhancements, and engaging with decision-makers to align solutions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow projects ensuring quality delivery and strategic alignment.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship on ServiceNow operations, upgrades, and development.
• Develop and communicate project roadmaps, leveraging deep technical expertise.
• Drive business development efforts, including proposal development and client engagement.
• Manage engagement finances, foster team collaboration, and promote continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and internal networks to leverage firm capabilities.
• Uphold integrity, professionalism, and a respectful work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum eight years of recent ServiceNow technology consulting experience.
• Proven success leading five or more ServiceNow projects.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; certifications such as ServiceNow CSA or CTA preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to travel as needed and work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship.
