About the role
This role is ideal for a lawyer with at least 3 years of experience in construction law and/or construction litigation who is looking to elevate their practice with the support and mentorship of a leading construction lawyer, Leonard Finegold.

What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction law, including lien claims, delay claims, and contract disputes
- A lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- Strong legal writing and advocacy skills, including experience attending motions, discoveries, mediations, and trials
- Experience managing files independently
- A client-focused approach and excellent communication skills
- A readiness to grow within a supportive and strategically expanding practice group
- Prior involvement with construction law associations or professional networks is an asset
