Responsibilities

• Advise clients on legal issues related to construction contracts and disputes
• Prepare and present legal arguments in court

• Conduct legal research and analyze relevant statutes and precedents

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in at least one state
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction law and litigation
• Strong analytical and writing skills

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations
• Experience with contract review and negotiation
