Associate Attorney (Construction Law & Litigation)

About the role
A seasoned associate attorney with three to five years of significant litigation and transactional experience in construction law is sought. The ideal candidate will have good academic credentials, excellent communication and writing skills, a strong commitment to ethics, high motivation, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in complex litigation matters
- Draft and review contracts and other legal documents
- Provide strategic advice on construction-related issues
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree and/or significant prior work experience in civil engineering, architecture, or construction management preferred
- Licensed to practice law in Utah or willing to join the Utah Bar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
