Associate Attorney | Construction Litigation

A National Law Firm is expanding its footprint in Florida and needs to add an Attorney with at least 3 years of construction defect defense litigation experience. No book is required because there is an existing caseload. Experience/Requirements Must have at least 3 years of recent construction defect experience with construction litigation being the primary focusHandle a file from intake to closeMust possess excellent research and writing skillsPrepare for, attend and conduct hearings and depositionsCase strategyMust be a member of the Florida Bar in good standing Salary: $130-$170k, DOE Location: This is a remote role so the Attorney can be based anywhere in Florida. Travel will be required as necessary for court appearances.
