Responsibilities
- Conduct conflict research related to new business of the firm, using legal conflict research software and other tools to identify corporate affiliations and aliases.
- Process marketing/business development requests and send results to the submitters.
- Handle audit letter requests, collaborating with the Compliance Specialist to manage the process and address inquiries from audit letter business professionals.
- Maintain and organize multiple pending requests, being prepared to update or provide status updates to submitting assistants or conflicts analysts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum of six (6) months of work or internship experience preferred.
