About the role
The Conflicts Researcher plays a crucial role in ensuring that potential conflicts of interest are identified and managed efficiently. This position is integral to the firm's intake and lateral hiring processes.
Responsibilities
- Performs quality control reviews of client/matter intake, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Conducts conflict of interest searches for clients, matters, and lateral hires, using the Firm’s conflicts and intake database.
- Reviews and analyzes conflict of interest reports, making adjustments to search terms and strategies as needed.
- Carries out factual research using internal and external resources, collaborating with the ICS team and Office of General Counsel.
- Maintains the Firm’s database, performs data entry, and assists with special projects as requested.
- Continuously develops skills, processes, and knowledge related to conflicts of interest rules and legal industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a legal environment.

Pay
$50,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This is a full-time position, working in a hybrid model with occasional in-office attendance required.
