Conflicts Researcher
About the role
Foley & Lardner LLP seeks a detail-oriented Conflicts Researcher to provide research support to our Conflicts Analysts and Conflicts Attorneys. This role involves conducting internet and database searches, performing administrative tasks, and delivering high-quality, accurate work in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform conflict research related to new business using legal conflict research software and other tools to identify corporate affiliations and aliases.
- Process Marketing/Business Development requests and send results to submitters.
- Handle audit letter requests, collaborating with the Compliance Specialist to support the process and address questions from audit letter business professionals about request statuses.
- Maintain and organize pending requests, providing updates or knowledge about their status to submitting assistants or conflicts analysts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum of six (6) months of work or internship experience preferred.
Pay
Milwaukee, Madison: $52,800 to $73,900. The actual amount offered will be between the range minimum and midpoint based on education, experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity at Foley.
